Jamere, Terence and Elijah were very courteous and efficient. When there was an issue with my air filter Jamere took the time to look up a video to explain the issue to me. They clearly explained the services being performed without any pressure or upselling, and the entire process was quick and convenient. Incredible service from friendly ambitious staff. Despite being the end of the day Shahmel was able to complete an inspection. Shout out to Elijah and Ayden who were great team players as well.

I had a great experience at the Valvoline on Delaware ave. Shahmel and Jamere are wonderful. Shahmel was knowledgeable and helpful. Both Shahmel and Jamere were very friendly, respectful and professional. The service was done in a timely manner and I was given information about recommended services to take home and look over without feeling pressured.

Jamere D is amazing!! he is was super patient with me when I couldn’t find my high beams and very personable. He did an amazing job explaining to me what I needed to do to make sure my car lasts for a while. 10/10 experience and I will definitely be back there again!
